It is extremely LIKELY that your question is answered here! PLEASE do not contact us until you have read through this resource. Remember, this utility has been made available as freeware to the Fusion userbase and, in so doing, we need to keep the unnecessary support contacts at a minimum.
Also, since this is freeware, we would prefer that you email us for any individual technical support issues.
Please give us a brief complete explanation (how’s that for non-sequiters?) of the problem. We try to answer all emails within 24 hours, but please be patient if the answer does not arrive immediately.
