If you have a problem with a translation, or get an error within Fusion Convertor™ concerning a file, the BEST way to communicate that with us is by sending us the source file - the initial file, not the translated file - with a brief description of what the problem is.
Extracting Akai Volumes
Since Akai Volumes are on a proprietary disk, how can you
get them off the CD's and send the files to us? Good question.
Perform an Akai import, only this time do this: As you import an Akai Volume, hold down the “s” key. Keep holding it down as Fusion Convertor operates.
This will dump a file in your Fusion Convertor™ folder called [name of the volume].ak1. This is the file you need to send to us.
Zip or Stuff this file up, and send this file, or any other, to our Bug Reports page.
Bug Reports Page
We have designed a quick, easy and immediate way to file reports - our Bug Reports web site. This site asks you for the information we need from you, and allows you to send us the source file directly.
Please use Bug Reports to report issues. We do invite you to email us or call us with a problem, but most of the time we just direct people to the Bug Reports web site to document the information in writing and for them to send us the file.
Once you establish an issue with the Bug Reports web site, you get an email back with a link to your issue that you can consistently check on. We try to close issues within 24 hours.
Bug Reports web site makes reporting issues very convenient for you, and well as making it doable for us!
THE IMPORTANT THING IS TO ENABLE US TO EXACTLY REPLICATE YOUR
ISSUE ON OUR END!
THAT IS WHY WE NEED THE SOURCE FILE IN ALL CASES. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS!

Additional Notes
Again, we make a special effort to analyze files and comment or fix the
problem with 24 business hours through our
Bug Reports page listed above.
Regarding larger files: they are easier to FTP than to email, although our systems can handle either method of any size without problem. The recommended Bug Reports web site can handle any size. Any email limitation is usually on your end. If you FTP a file, make sure that the file name DOES NOT have spaces in it. This is a natural limitation of the Internet and FTP servers in general.
